This is our premium edible wafer paper - good for printing where you don’t want your edible paper to be too thick. It is also good for non stick baking by lining baking trays and pans. Many professionals use these sheets to make wafer flowers. It wraps around larger cakes with ease but will crack if bent around very small cakes or if it is folded. Our wafer paper is sugar free but have a lovely sweet vanilla or strawberry flavour. Each pack is hygienically and hermetically sealed in a carefully controlled food safe environment. This wafer is guaranteed food safe. We use this wafer in industrial edible printers. You may be able to print on it using a home printer but we cannot guarantee it will work with any particular model.

We are sure you will be using this product just as soon as you purchase it but if you do want to keep it for some time please keep it in its original unopened packaging at a temperature below 25°C. Do not store in the product in the open air or near any sources of moisture or heat. This is a product manufactured from natural food ingredients and will keep best if stored at a relative humidity between 60-75%.

This product is crafted from a quality NATURAL edible wafer (potato starch) paper, approximately 0.3mm thick. We only use wafer paper that is sourced and manufactured within the UK or EU. Our wafer paper is made from three simple, natural, ingredients, potato starch, water and vegetable oil. Our white wafer is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
