As a small business, we previously held SALSA accreditation for many years but chose to discontinue it because we felt it no longer aligned with the needs of a very small businesses like ours that manufactures only one very low risk product. Instead, we have developed a comprehensive Food Safety and HACCP manual that outlines our strict procedures and rules. Our commitment to food safety is unwavering, and we ensure that every member of our team is thoroughly trained and adheres to these guidelines. This manual is the cornerstone of our operations, guiding us in maintaining a clean and controlled environment and a totally safe product.

 

To support our rigorous food safety practices, we utilize advanced software to meticulously record and monitor every aspect of our operations. This software not only tracks our adherence to our food safety protocols but also documents the thorough training our staff undertake.
