How to Use CDA Edible Cupcake Cases
What You Need
Pack(s) of CDA edible wafer cupcake cases
Your favourite sponge or cupcake mix
Optional - CDA Wafer decorations - icing - toppings
Instructions
1. Make your chosen sponge or cupcake batter. For best results, keep the mixture at a normal cake batter consistency — not too wet — so the edible cases stay firm and self‑supporting.
2. Place the edible cases directly onto a flat baking tray. No metal muffin tin is needed — the cases are self‑supporting when filled correctly.
3. Spoon the batter into each case, filling them between half and two‑thirds full to allow for rising.
4. Bake in a preheated oven following the baking time for your chosen recipe. Our cases are oven safe up to 200°C (fan 180°C).
5. Allow cupcakes to cool before decorating. The cases are fully edible — simply eat the cupcake as normal, case and all.
